Hi, I’m Adems — a finance professional by training and a curious student of people, decisions and long-term compounding in life.
I grew up far from boardrooms and deal tables, and everything I’ve built so far has come through learning, conversations and staying open to opportunity. Today I work across investment banking, venture capital and private markets, but at my core I’m someone who enjoys understanding why people, markets and institutions behave the way they do.
This page is my personal space to think out loud — not polished headlines or corporate storytelling, but honest reflections: lessons from work, thoughts on relationships, observations about people, ideas from books and movies and the slow, personal process of becoming better over time.
